Our goal at Cogent Family Healthcare is to prevent these medical crises altogether and help you live as healthy a life as possible.
We accept Medicare and all Medicare secondary plans (Other than MediCal). We do not accept MediCal as primary. If you want to know whether we are in network, please verify that tax ID 56-260-5608 is in network. Using my name may not give you the right answer. Only this tax ID will be accepted as in network. As of January 1, 2023, we will not accept any HMO or Medicare Advantage plans.
The FDA has just approved Wegovy for liver fibrosis stages F2 or F3 becoming the second approved medication after Rezdiffra. We are one of the first primary care offices in the Bay Area to provide the Fibroscan ultrasound.
