I would like to share my experience from Dr. Sims's office visit and further interactions with him.
Dr. Sims is very knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, respectful, empathetic, available, and accessible doctor. He pays attention on every single detail and helped me by solving my blood pressure problem.
I am very pleased with his willingness to help me and responding on my emails promptly, even though it was after hours.
Dr. Sims is humane, he cares about a cure not just pills. He is also honest.
I highly recommend Dr. Sims.

Update - I want to thank Dr. Sims and his staff for ALWAYS being available to us, day and night, weekends and holidays. This has been a very rough time for the healthcare community and these folks don’t even show it. I have been a patient of Dr. Sims for over 10 years now and that is because he truly is a caring doctor....He is always the first to provide new preventative tests before anyone in the bay area. Also, he has done many things to improve my health and I am blessed to have him!

I met over video because of Covid. I was having problems with back pain and I appreciated that he wanted to get labs to see if I had any vitamin deficiency to rule that out then he refered me to a good physical therapist. He seemed thorough and nice.

Dr. Sims has adopted technology to make the interaction with the office much more easier. I was particularly impressed with easiness in getting a consultation and getting a refill.
